Step 2

Schedule a showing for any listings you'd like to visit in person.

Step 3

Click the "Apply Online" button on any listing to start the application process.

Summary of Rental Qualifications and Application Process

Required Information:

No bankruptcies within the past 3 years.

No evictions

FICO Credit score > 599 (as determined by our credit reporting agency)

No aggressive dog breeds; renters insurance required for pets

Verifiable income equal to 2.5 times the rent.

Service Animals

If you have a guide dog or service animal, please show us the license and tag. They are issued by the county animal control department or county clerk. If you need a service animal that does not have an assistance dog license or tag, please tell us in a letter or write on the back of your application (or in the comments section) why this a reasonable accommodation for your disability.
